Ashley Rosson, MS, LPC, C-IAYT is a therapist that stands out due to her unique blend of business and therapeutic expertise, holistic and tailored approach, focus on under-served communities, comprehensive range of services, client-centered environment, proven track record, innovative solutions for modern challenges, strong professional network, and resource-driven support.
With 20 years of experience in marketing and business development, the service offers specialized guidance to business professionals dealing with work-related stress, career transitions, and leadership challenges. It integrates traditional therapeutic techniques with practical business strategies to ensure personalized support for mental and professional well-being. Ashley Rosson is committed to supporting under-served communities and offers a wide range of services, from individual and family therapy to professional development coaching. The service creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment and provides clients with access to a wealth of resources, including blog posts, workshops, and educational materials.

Kaland Farrow, ALC
Under the supervision of Jonathan Williams LPC-S
Kaland Farrow brings over 7 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities as they navigate life’s challenges, build independence, and pursue meaningful goals. With a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and a background in vocational rehabilitation, Kaland specializes in helping clients overcome barriers related to anxiety, life transitions, and disability.

His approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and practical. Whether he’s working with a young adult preparing for life after school or an individual feeling stuck in a difficult season, Kaland focuses on building confidence, self-advocacy, and real-world coping strategies.

Kaland is passionate about creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward. In every session, he brings deep empathy, clear goals, and a belief that positive change is possible for everyone.

Outside the office, Kaland is a proud husband and father of three energetic boys. His family keeps him grounded and continually inspires his work.

Therapist
Ashley Wilson, ALC
Under the supervision of Kim Allfrey, LPC -S
Ashley Wilson is a dedicated Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) with experience supporting individuals through addiction, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. With a background in both counseling and pharmacy, she brings a practical, compassionate approach to care.
Ashley has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. She specializes in crisis intervention, treatment planning, and motivational interviewing, with a strong focus on trauma recovery and addiction counseling.
In addition to her work as a Lead In-Home Therapist with Wellstone, Ashley now sees clients at Lighthouse Wellness Group, where she offers personalized, strengths-based therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. She is also pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Jacksonville State University.
Ashley is passionate about helping clients build resilience, find healing, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.
